Wear a dress or skirt, so you that you can use it like a tent to cover yourself. Bring a friend if you want for support. Wear comfortable pants or if you own a pair of Leta-lux this will be the moment to wear them. Listen to music to destruct yourself. Try to do some breathing exercise to relax. It will be the nurses at your GP and at times it is easier but do not worry they are very professional and want the best for you. If you tell them you are nervous they will try and help you. Here is my experience, I always worried about my smear tests before having Leta-lux lingerie and I did not know I could ask questions or even what questions were appropriate. So during my appointment with my acrobatic pants I communicated my worries before and I was very surprised to learn that my nurse was trying her best to help me have a better experience. This time she talked me through everything she was doing and how much she could see, I was less uncomfortable and felt cared for. She was happy to start and stop if I needed it and even bring a friend if I chose to. There you go , we do not know what others are thinking exactly till we ask or start the conversation. I see my nurses every month for an injection and I do not feel awkward anymore. Take it from me this one time and try talking to your nurse and let me know how it went.
